</ul><h1><strong><br></strong></h1><h1><strong>The job in a nutshell</strong></h1><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Engineer Manager</strong> to lead our small but effective <strong>DevSecOps</strong> and<strong> IT team</strong> of experienced engineers, responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, DevOps tools and guidelines, and Security and IT measures.</p><p>With your team, you will be responsible for implementing the best practices for provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring of our distributed systems. Your primary goal is to make sure these systems run reliably in a secure <strong>cloud environment</strong> developed using Infrastructure as Code (IaaC).</p><p>You will also play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining <strong>security measures</strong> to protect our systems and data, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our security policies and procedures are effective and up to date, guaranteeing compliance with security and privacy standards such as SOC II, ISO 27001, and GDPR, guiding our company through the required audit and certification processes.</p><p>Furthermore, you will <strong>oversee IT-related tasks</strong> including granting/revoking access for on/offboarding team members, securely configuring and maintaining our tools, and keeping the IT asset inventory up to date.</p><h2><strong><br></strong></h2><h2><strong>You’ll spend time on the following:</strong></h2><ul>

</ul><h2><br></h2><h2>The job in a nutshell:</h2><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Quality Engineer</strong> to join our engineering department and help us bring our product to enterprise-level maturity. Your work will directly impact hundreds of thousands of users around the world.</p><p>As our user base grows, our code base grows, and our engineering capacity expands, we also need to take our quality engineering to the next level. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to implement good practices and instil a great quality mindset within the engineering team and beyond. </p><p>Some of our goals are to improve the user experience, increase the quality of our processes and deliverables, reduce the number of defects propagated in production, improve our recovery time, and, ultimately, achieve quality at speed!</p><p>Test automation and acceptance testing will be regular duties to achieve these objectives, but obviously, there’s more! As a senior member of the engineering team, you will work together with our product team, our customer success team, as well as the different engineering teams (candidate environment, employer environment, internal tools, cloud infrastructure, etc.).
